About Dragon Grill The carefully selected menu consists of dishes that have been developed by Chef Jacky Chan whilst he travelled around the world. Ingredients are sourced from local farms where possible, and if that wasn't enough, Dragon Grill also hosts over 14 different styles of the very best beers. 
The lunch menu is available from midday until 4pm,

Chef's Special Grill and Roast All served with either chips or buttered new potatoes, side coleslaw and green salad. Whole Roasted African Style Poussin - £12.95 This is one of Chef Jacky's signature dishes. The whole miniature chicken is massaged in coconut and butter and then marinated in a range of flavours for six hours before being roasted and fi nally grilled. It is then served with a sauce specially developed by Chef Jacky himself over several hours. Italian Style Grilled Lamb - £12.95 A locally produced lamb leg steak, grilled with a variety of selected Italian herbs, and minted sauce. Roasted Golden Spare Ribs - £12.95 These whole spare ribs are marinated for hours then slowly roasted to bring out the best char sui flavours. Grilled Pork Cutlets - £9.95 A generous tenderised pork loin steak, grilled and fi nished with a light sweet glaze. Thai Style Roasted Pork - £9.95 The tender joint of pork neck, marinated with garlic and lemon grass and then slowly roasted, served with a classic sweet chilli sauce. Grilled King Prawns - £12.95 Generously large fresh and fl avoursome King Prawns stuffed with garlic and seasoned before being cooked to perfection on our hottest grill. Dragon Grill Style Sea Bass - £14.50 Chef Jacky's very own take, grilled with many flavours working together to compliment the fresh fl avours of Sea Bass. Vietnamese Style Grilled Sea Bass - £14.50 Sea Bass carefully flame grilled and glazed with a gentle sweet citrus sauce. Grilled Sirloin Steak (8oz) - £14.95 Grilled Rump Steak (8oz) - £13.95 Grilled Beef Fillet (8oz) - £17.95 All of our steaks are locally produced, carefully selected cuts straight from our favourite Somerset farms. We cook to your preference on our hottest grill and serve straight away on a wooden platter to seal in all the mouth watering fl avours. You can select from either our Sauce Diablo, or Sauce Robert to accompany your Dragon Grill steak. |
